Tari Cash
President & CEO
Tari Cash is the Founder & CEO of CitySwing, a unique golf brand making golf fun, convenient and accessible for everyone. CitySwing is comprised of 3 sub-brands: Golf Studios, Golf Trucks and the Foundation. Combined, they are reimagining where people play and learn while helping drive industry diversity, equity, and inclusivity. Tari began her career at Citigroup in the Financial Services industry. She went on to work for dynamic entrepreneurs and startup companies, including Penske Automotive Group, Tesla Motors, Under Armour, and Catalant Technologies. Tari has a BA from Trinity University in Hartford, CT, and an MBA from Harvard in Boston, MA. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for The National Links Trust and enjoys cooking and riding her Peloton bike.
Krislyn Mossman
Chief Programs & Operations Officer
Krislyn joined CitySwing Foundation in 2022 as the Chief Programs and Operations Officer. She brings decades of experience in nonprofit management and youth development programming in both executive leadership and direct program service roles. Krislyn has a master’s degree from the University of San Diego in Nonprofit Leadership and Management and a bachelor’s degree from Point Loma Nazarene University in Family Life Services with a minor in Child Development. Krislyn is an avid golfer, thanks to getting her start at CitySwing in their first DC location in 2019. She is originally from Maui, Hawaii, where she enjoys going home to visit any chance she can. Besides golf, Krislyn enjoys traveling, photography, cooking, and the outdoors.
Kendall Dunovant
Community Engagement Manager
Kendall became a part of the CitySwing Foundation team in 2023. As the Community Engagement Manager, she builds connections between the Foundation and our communities to ensure we have the best opportunity to make a difference. Kendall has focused much of her career on creating inclusive environments and fostering community. Kendall has a bachelor’s degree in History and Environmental Studies from Whitman College and a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. Kendall has been a lifelong golfer. She grew up golfing with her parents and played collegiately. She loves any opportunity to hit the course or the simulator. In her free time, Kendall loves to walk around different DC neighborhoods, read memoirs, and host dinner parties.
Our Board
Gareth Warren
Gareth joined the CitySwing Foundation Board in the summer of 2020 and brings over 20 years of experience in operational leadership, strategic planning, and financial management across various sectors. Most recently, he led operations at Regency, acquired by Gateway Services in 2022, overseeing nearly 400 team members and managing acquisition operations, expansion initiatives, and integration of new care centers.
Prior to Regency, Gareth spent five years as Vice President of Mid-Atlantic Region Operations at Towne Park, where he managed over 1,600 team members across 86 locations. Under his leadership, the team achieved 18% growth in new accounts and maintained 97% customer retention, earning a net promoter score of 9.5. In 2015, he was recognized as one of the National Parking Association’s “Top 40 Under 40.”
Earlier, Gareth spent over nine years at General Electric, where he was selected for the competitive Financial Management Program and served as Assistant Vice President in both GE Capital Markets and GE Healthcare Financial Services, focusing on underwriting and managing lease/loan portfolio transactions.
Gareth graduated from Morgan State University in 2005 with a degree in Finance and earned his MBA from Johns Hopkins University in 2012. Originally from Texas, he began golfing in 2006 and enjoys family time, reading, traveling, cooking, farming, and serving in his church. He is a proud father of three daughters and has been married for 14 years.
Craig Kirby
Craig joined the board as a founding board member in the summer of 2020. From the boardroom to the campaign trail, the university lecture hall to the golf course, Craig Kirby has taken the lead in a multitude of situations that has forged his path as the Founder and CEO of the non-profit foundation Golf. My Future. My Game.
Appointed as a Director of the Western Golf Association; he is an Advisory Board Member for the National Golf Player Development Foundation (NGPDF); a member of the PGA of America Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Talent Acquisition Work Group and Co-Chair of the Make Golf Your Thing HBCU Golf Consortium working with the White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and universities to increase workforce diversity and awareness of careers within the golf industry, additionally he sits on the DEI Advisory Board of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America, the CitySwing Foundation and is a Founding Member of the American Golf Industry Coalition Grassroots Grants Program Committee which provides funding to community-based golf organizations throughout the United States.
Craig, inducted into the 2024 African American Golf Hall of Fame is a recipient of the 2020 Distinguished Alumni award from his alma mater Albion College and a distinguished graduate of Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government Leadership in the 21st Century Executive Program. His numerous accomplishments include: A Certificate of Achievement from the Center for Popular Economics at Amherst College, Special Assistant to the White House Chief of Staff; President of the American Student Association; Southern Political Director and Director, Office of the Vice Chairs, Democratic National Committee, President, Men of St. John’s at St. John's College High School (Washington, D.C.) and a contestant on Season 1 of the ABC Networks Holey Moley.
Andrew Morris
Andrew V. Morris III joined the CitySwing Foundation board in the summer of 2024. He currently serves as Public Policy Counsel at the NFL Players Association where he advances the interest of NFL players past and present through strategic policy and legislative engagements. Prior to his role at the NFLPA, Andrew served as Senior Director of Legal and Business Affairs, Sports and Entertainment Division at Events DC, the official convention and sports authority for the District of Columbia. While there, Andrew worked on and lead a variety of initiatives including launching the organizations first digital content platform, standardizing the organizations festival portfolio and securing major sports and entertainment attractions to the city of Washington, DC. Andrew is a two-time graduate of Howard University, affectionately called a “double-Bison” having graduated from both the undergraduate and law school. In addition to Andrew’s work as a legal practitioner he also serves as a professor at both The George Washington University Law School and Howard University School of Law, instructing in the area of sports law at both. In the community Andrew has remained an advocate for youth programs serving on multiple non-profit Boards and assisting small/minority owned businesses with legal counseling.
C. Eric Warden
Eric joined the CitySwing Foundation board in the summer of 2024. In 2019, Eric Warden founded Quantano, LLC – a management, technology, and business operations consultancy.
Prior to forming Quantano, Eric worked for 25 years at Accenture. There, he held multiple leadership positions including President of ASM Research – a wholly owned subsidiary of Accenture Federal Services (AFS), AFS Growth & Strategy Lead - where he led the acquisitions of Agilex and Defense Point Security, and AFS Sector Lead for National Security programs. Overall, Eric spent two decades working with Federal agencies, bringing the latest innovations and leading practices — shaped by his earlier work advising Accenture’s commercial customers — to government missions across national security, diplomacy, and healthcare.
His focus areas have included application development, financial and human capital management, analytics, customer relationship management, and infrastructure and process operations. Prior to supporting Federal customers, he worked with FORTUNE 500 companies in the consumer product, resources and media / entertainment industries.
Eric is a graduate of James Madison University, and he is actively engaged with Year Up United as an advisor / mentor and FACETS and Easterseals as a Board Member.
